1-What if I have forgotten my User ID?

In this case you can retrieve your User ID online by either searching in your email inbox or going to one of our branches for assistance.

2-What if I am not able to login to my existing User ID / Password?

You probably would have made an error in entering your User Id or Password. Do keep in mind the following before trying again: 
1) Your User Id should not contain spaces
2) Your password is case sensitive
3) Your account might have been blocked

3-What If I have forgotten / would like to reset my Retail login password?

If you forgot your retail password, click on the (forgot your password) link available on the login page and follow the procedures or call our customer care center on 16668 for further assistance

4-What if I have forgotten / would like to reset my security Questions?
To reset your security question, you need to login to the IB and choose “security questions” from the security tab or call our customer care center on 16668 for further assistance

5- What if I would like to reset my Retail login password & security Questions?

For security reasons and to prevent any security vulnerabilities, User cannot change both the password & the security questions so if this matter persists, contact our customer care center on 16668 for further assistance.

6-What If my Retail Banking user id & password is lost, stolen or compromised?

You must Contact SAIB bank customer care center immediately on (16668) or by visiting any of our branches, if a record of your user id and/or Password is stolen or you become aware or suspect that another person knows your user id or Password or has made unauthorized use of the Service.

7-What if I cannot login as my User Id is disabled/blocked?
If you have exceeded the number of permissible attempts in entering your login credentials (as a security measure, your User Id is blocked) Changing your password from forgot password is not enough to activate your account again. If your account has been blocked you have to contact our customer care center on 16668.

8-I am facing the following error – Page cannot be displayed/ Server not found?

Please check if you have typed the URL in the address bar of your browser correctly. If the URL is correct, then you may be facing a Cache Memory problem. 
Cache Memory is a temporary memory that stores the contents of frequently accessed pages. So after the first visit to a site, the subsequent visits to the same site will actually take you directly to the page that you view frequently on that site. 
This problem can be resolved by clearing the cache memory. You may follow the easy steps given below to do so: 
If you use Internet Explorer, then you need to: 
Step 1: Click on [Tools] on the menu bar 
Step 2: Then click on [Internet Options] 
Step 3: A new window will pop up which will display 3 buttons under the temporary internet file section 
Step 4: Click on [Delete Files]. This will in turn open into a small window asking for confirmation 
Step 5: In that confirmation window, tick the option [Delete All Offline Content] and then click on the [OK] button to clear the cache memory 

For other browsers, please check the Help section in your browser for information on how to clear your cache memory.

9-I am facing the following error – Error on page?

This error message is displayed in the status bar of the browser when certain options that require Java are clicked and the browser is not Java enabled. This is a common occurrence in Internet Explorer and can be handled using the following steps: 
Step 1: Click on [Tools] menu 
Step 2: Click on [Internet Options] 
Step 3: Click on the tab [Security] 
Step 4: Click on [Customer Level] 
Step 5: In the new window which opens, scroll down to [Scripting of Java applets] and select [Enable] 
Step 6: Click on Ok button on the current window and then on the prior window 
Step 7: Close the existing browser window and prelaunch the browser

10-I am facing the following error – This page contains both secured and Non-secured items?

When using Internet Explorer, you may be presented with a security error message alerting you that the page contains secure and non-secure items. This is a known Internet Explorer issue. If you click Yes, you can simply ignore the warning message and proceed. The secure channel is maintained and your security is not jeopardized.
